Our Systems Phase
Leveraging years of experience and knowledge, Funders In Good uses venture philanthropy to improve the scalability, sustainablity, services and systems of ventures, boosting their impact and resilience.
Ventures must complete systems phase to establish critical systems and infrastructure for sustainable growth before progressing into FIG portfolio.
How does sytems phase work?

We collaborate with the venture to perform a health check, identifying pain points and gaps to highlight areas where systems require development.

The next step involves setting clear goals and milestones to enhance systems over the next 6-12 months. FIG acts as a facilitator, utilising pro-bono resources and allocating funding for any required support, contractors, or consultants.

By the end of the process, ventures will have developed comprehensive and resilient systems and infrastructure. This will include a 3-year strategy and a measurement framework to monitor progress and success.
