Role title: Funder Development Manager
Salary: Band C1 to C2 (Senior Manager)
£40,000 to £48,000 based on experience
Reporting to: Executive Director
Location: Hybrid with regular in-person meetings and events in London and occasionally across the UK

Role Summary
As the Funder Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping this network. You will support the development and communication of a compelling value proposition, build acquisition pipelines, nurture existing funders, and curate a meaningful programme of engagements that deepen alignment with our mission.
Success in this role relies as much on emotional intelligence as on fundraising expertise. You will bring warmth, presence, and a personable communication style able to build trust quickly with people from a wide range of backgrounds, from donors to senior philanthropists. You will navigate conversations around values, faith, impact and community with confidence and respect, creating a strong sense of connection within our network.
Role title: Programme Officer
Salary: Band E1 to E2 (Officer)
£28,000 to £33,000 based on experience
Reporting to: Programme and Capacity Building Lead
Location: Primarily remote with some in-person meetings mainly in London
Contract: Permanent – Full-time

Role Summary
As the Programme Officer your role, you will join the existing programmes team consisting of a Programme and Capacity Building Lead and Executive Director to develop and deliver high-quality interventions. You will do this by supporting areas of work within our programme framework and providing support for ongoing projects. You will also contribute to other areas of the organisations including logistical support for our Funder Community and working on core operations. Your role will require you to build strong relationships with your team, leaders and funders alike.
Role title: Trustee
Salary: Unpaid role, reasonable expenses paid
Reporting to: Chair of board of trustees
Location: Primarily remote, but with some in-person meetings in central London
Hours: 6-8 hours per month with half-day board meeting each quarter
Start date: Immediate

Role Summary
Funders In Good is seeking to appoint a trustee to support the charity in its strategic plans and to increase the impact of its work. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with expertise in one of the following areas:
- Marketing and Fundraising
- Charity governance and Legal
- Human Resources
The trustee will help strengthen the ability of Funders In Good to deliver its vision of a flourishing society, underpinned by a commitment to God.
