Role title: Board Advisor (up to four positions)

Salary: Unpaid role, expenses paid

Reporting to: Chair of board of trustees

Location: Primarily remote

Hours: Project based, but will equate to one day a month

Start date: Immediate

Deadline: Rolling

Role Summary

Funders In Good is seeking Board Advisors with expertise in the following areas to support the charity in its plans to increase the impact of its work:
•    Grantmaking and Social Investment
•    Policy and research
•    Grassroots project leadership
•    Islamic sciences

​

As a Board Advisor, you will support the leadership team of trustees and the executive team of Funders In Good within, and potentially beyond your area of expertise.  Through ad-hoc advice, as well as specific project-based recommendations, you will help support in shaping the strategic direction of Funders In Good, while taking into consideration input from our Funder Network and other stakeholders.
